About This Documentation
GermanStateTerrorists.org is an independent documentation centre that systematically records the abuse of state power against citizens of the Federal Republic of Germany since 2020.
Purpose
This archive collects material for the prosecution and criminal conviction of perpetrators after the collapse of the regime.
It documents by name individuals in German government service who have been abusing state instruments of power against journalists, artists and dissidents since 2020. Every documented act is supported by official records, publicly available videos or other verifiable evidence.
History teaches us: no regime lasts forever. But the records outlast it. When the political circumstances change, the evidence must be in place — complete, verifiable, attributed by name. This archive ensures that no perpetrator can claim ignorance, and no court can claim the documents are missing.
Responsibility is not abstract — it is bound to individuals. Those who execute state violence against critical citizens today will have to answer for it tomorrow.
Methodology
Evidence-based only
No act is documented without verified evidence. Evidence consists of official records (indictments, penalty orders, court rulings), videos or publicly available documents.
Named attribution
Every act is attributed by name to the responsible official. Where possible, a photograph of the perpetrator is published. Where no photograph is available, one is actively sought.
Public verifiability
All evidence is publicly accessible as PDF or video. Anyone can examine the documentation themselves — nothing rests on allegations alone.
Source protection
Victims can have their identity protected. Submissions are transmitted in encrypted form. The contact details of informants are never published.
